This product is designed solely for off-road use. It is not designed, tested, certified, or approved for use on public roads unless expressly stated otherwise.
Installation must be performed in accordance with Gravel Designs’ current written instructions. Before operating the vehicle, the installer must verify that all fasteners are correctly installed and tightened, that the product is securely mounted, and that it does not interfere with the safe operation of the vehicle, including steering, suspension, braking, lighting, sensors, airbags, recovery points, tyre clearance, and moving parts, where applicable.
The vehicle owner and driver are responsible for inspecting the product before each use and after impacts, off-road use, or modifications. Do not use the product if it is loose, damaged, cracked, improperly installed, or otherwise unsafe.
Off-road driving involves inherent risks. Use sound judgment, comply with applicable laws, drive for the conditions, and remain aware of passengers, bystanders, terrain, and other road or trail users.
This product may affect vehicle handling, performance, or crash safety. In a collision or rollover, an improperly secured, damaged, sharp, or heavy accessory may create a risk of injury.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gravel Designs is not liable for loss or damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorised modification, misuse, failure to inspect or maintain the product, or use contrary to its written instructions. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
